Changing Orders / Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly for items that are in stock. Items that are NOT in stock may take slightly longer (approximately one week longer) to process.  Hence, once orders are submitted, they cannot be changed or cancelled.

Refunds, Exchange, & Returns Policy (Physical i.e. Personal Care Products)

For sanitary reasons:
1. ALL sales are final.
2. Returns are NOT accepted.
3. We do NOT offer exchanges for our products.
4. We do NOT offer refunds on our products.

Kindly Take Care When Entering Email and Shipping Addresses

Kindly ensure that you enter the correct email address and shipping address, so that we may promptly ship your order and notify you promptly by email.  Errors in shipping address entries made by any client will create unnecessary shipping delays, and shipping refunds will not be awarded.  Errors in email address entries will cause delays in receipt of shipping notifications and tracking numbers.

FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS (E-BOOKS, VIDEOS, ONLINE COURSES) & SERVICES (CONSULTATIONS & MEMBERSHIPS)

Overview

Orders are processed quickly for items that are in stock. Items that are NOT in stock may take slightly longer (approximately one week longer) to process.  Hence, once orders are submitted, they cannot be changed or cancelled.  Since we utilize a 3rd party digital library warehousing system, we are not in control of when the owner(s) of that system schedule maintenance of it.  Should the owner(s) of the 3rd party digital library warehousing system schedule maintenance and/or experience technical difficulties with their system, we will have to wait for them to repair it before normal use can resume.  Once updates/repairs of the 3rd party digital library warehousing system have been made, and normal function has been restored, we will notify all of our customers who have been affected by email

In addition, should the same 3rd party digital library warehousing system require us to make updates on our end, and/or should we require time to upload a series of videos and other data to that same system, kindly expect a delay of at least 7 days or longer.  Again, once data has been uploaded, we will notify our customers in a timely manner by email.

Lastly during an actively on-going livestream (live) digital series, expect digital content (video(s) and/or eBook(s)) to be "dripped" (delivered by email) within at least 7 days of completion of that series.

 

Refunds, Exchange, & Returns Policy for Digital Products (i.e. Online Video, Ebooks, Webinars, Online Courses, Memberships, or any Downloadable Purchase)

All Downloadable materials are sold on a no refund and no return basis.

Refunds, Exchange, & Cancellation Policy for Consultations

Cancellation/ Refund Policy.  All refunds will be based upon the following:

Refunds for Consultation Calls.

  • Full refund if canceled with in 7 days of purchase.
  • All consultations must be booked within 7 days from purchase and are non-refundable once booked.
  • All consultations are pre-paid for a fixed allotment of time, however if we need to go over client will be invoiced after the call and required to submit payment within 14 business days.
