Original Series - Hair & Body Buttercream (Step 8)

The Original series of Good Hair Good Body’s Hair & Body Buttercream is versatile.  These creams:
  • are best suited to those who prefer grooming products that are either Fragrance Free (i.e. has no added fragrance) or that  have a mild fragrance (Almond or Lavender). 
  • are preservative-free.
  • are plant-based.
  • are hair and skin humectants, lubricants, and sealants.
  • melt upon contact with skin at normal body temperature. 

Our Fragrance Free version contains no added fragrance. So it's well-suited for:

  • women who are pregnant or nursing.
  • babies and children 3 years old and younger.
  • those with extremely sensitive skin and multiple allergies.

Fragrant (scented) versions contain fragrances approved for use on skin and hair, some of which may be synthetic. 

Our products are gentle yet concentrated (i.e. they do NOT container fillers).

**The 4 oz. /113g will last one (1) adult 2 – 3 months.  
**The 8 oz. / 227g will last one (1) adult 4 – 6 months. 
Use the least amount possible.  A little goes a long way.

 

Attention/Disclaimer:

For EXTERNAL use only.  Avoid contact with lips, eyes, mucous membranes, and genitals. Scented Hair & Body Buttercreams are NOT recommended for children 3 years of age or younger, pregnant women, or if breastfeeding.  Store cream in a cool, dark, dry place away from sunlight, heat, and humidity.  Best used within one (1) year of purchase.  If allergic to nut, seed, plant oils, and/or any ingredient, do NOT use this product.

 

Directions for Use:

This product best moisturizes damp skin and hair, but it also works well on dry skin and hair. When applying it to hair, start your application at the root and gently smooth it toward the ends of your hair.

Vitellaria Paradoxa and Vitellaria Nilotica (Pure Unrefined Shea) Butter, Cocos Nucifera (Non-GMO Organic Virgin Coconut) Oil, Propane-1,2,3-Triol (Pure Certified Organic Vegetable Glycerin), Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower Seed) Oil

Ingredients for ALMOND as well as LAVENDER Hair & Body Buttercreams:

Vitellaria Paradoxa and Vitellaria Nilotica (Pure Unrefined Shea) Butter, Cocos Nucifera (Non-GMO Organic Virgin Coconut) Oil, Propane-1,2,3-Triol (Pure Certified Organic Vegetable Glycerin), Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower Seed) Oil, and Hair & Skin Fragrance Oil.

**How to Optimize This Product**

If you desire a matching shampoo and/or body wash, consider our Bath Duo instead, which includes:

  • a 4 oz. / 113g Fragrance Free Hair & Body Buttercream AND
  • an 8.1 fl. oz./240mL Fragrance Free Detangling Shampoo / Facial & Body Wash.
